Hydratable cold pack is a light and economical solution for refrigerated transport, up to 48 hours, of fresh food, biological samples and perishable products, with an excellent price-performance ratio.

They are presented in rolls of 1,000 sheets of 12 pre-cut pads, highly cooling, thanks to its very low heat conductivity.

They are flexible, easy to handle and suitable for contact with food products. Non- toxic product. 

Dehydrated, they reduce their volume and weight by up to 90%, thus minimizing the volume of the product in storage and transport.

Hydratable cold pack maintains its flexibility even frozen and reduces more than 90% of the volume in stock and in transport.

Not toxic. Suitable to be in contact with food products, it is perfect for transporting fresh food (fish, seafood, meat, truffles, fruits and vegetables, flowers), bio-logical samples and perishable products up to 48 hours.

It is a good economic alternative, with an excellent price-performance ratio.

Lighter and easier to handle than the traditional cold pack, it comes in rolls of 1000 sheets (with 12 pre-cut pads per sheet).

To use, submerge hydratable cold pack in water for a maximum of 10 min before freezing. During the hydration process, water penetrates the pads producing a gel solution. Then, freeze pads for at least 24 hours. and put around the product.

On the outside, the hydratable accumulator does not produce initial freezing of the product.

The hydratable accumulators are packed in boxes with 1 roll of 12,000 4x4cm pads (1,000 sheets of 12 pre-cut pads). The roll measures 140m x 40cm). Each pad hydrates 37gr. of product.
