The Prosorb Panel Humidity Stabilizer is the ideal solution for maintaining stable relative humidity levels in display cases, frames, and works of art.
This humidity stabilizer is supplied pre-conditioned to the required relative humidity (RH) level, available in 30%, 35%, 40%, 45%, 50%, 55%, or 60% RH versions, covering the optimal range used by most museums.
Prosorb panels can be custom-made up to 600 × 1150 mm, with special shapes upon request, and are available in 10 mm or 20 mm thickness.

In addition, they are manufactured with polypropylene honeycomb, polyester fleece, Marvelseal 360, or with fleece on both sides for greater versatility.

The Prosorb Panel Humidity Stabilizer is a custom-made panel designed to control and stabilize relative humidity in paintings and flat display cases.


Thanks to its advanced composition, the Prosorb Panel maintains a stable microclimate, protecting sensitive materials from environmental fluctuations.

Features:

  • 10 mm panels are filled with approx. 3.5 kg PROSORB/m² (total weight 5–5.5 kg/m²), depending on conditioning.

  • 20 mm panels are filled with approx. 7.5 kg PROSORB/m² (total weight 10.5–12 kg/m²), depending on conditioning.

  • The panel is Oddy Test certified (2011), guaranteeing its permanent use in museums.

  • Marvelseal aluminum film sealed without additional materials, with edges reinforced using 3M #425 soft aluminum tape, also Oddy Test approved.
