How to use the forehead thermometer:

The temperature strip should be used indoors and at room temperature (approximately 20ºC - 30ºC). Avoid direct sunlight or intense heat when using it.

Do not take the temperature of someone who has been eating, drinking alcohol or exercising in the last 30 minutes, as this may cause fluctuations in temperature.

  1. Remove the film from the back.
  2. Press both ends of the strip onto the forehead (the skin must be dry) for approximately 15 seconds.
  3. Read the thermometer while it is on the forehead: Green means no fever. If the thermometer turns blue, add 0.5°C. If it turns brown, subtract 0.5°C.
