Ultrasonic flowmeter for pipes DN300-6000 with 200+ L sensor designed to measure flow without interrupting the process, with clamp-on installation and graphical verification of signal and positioning. It is a technical solution for consumption audits, hydraulic balancing and performance verification on existing lines, minimizing shutdowns and modifications to the installation.

The unit can display velocity, flow and volume in multiple units, log measurement campaigns in its internal 32 GB memory and transfer data via USB-C. With optional software, it is possible to analyze trends in table or chart form, export to CSV and generate PDF reports, as well as real-time monitoring.

The DN300-6000 flowmeter is supplied as a kit with sensors for large diameter (DN 300…6000 mm) and temperature probes for thermal measurement in the 200+ model, in a portable set with 2.8" color LCD and carrying case.

The TDS 200+ L Ultrasonic Flowmeter solves the common need to measure flow in large-diameter pipes without cutting the line or stopping operation. Its ultrasonic measurement with external sensors allows implementation of process control, flow verification and diagnostic campaigns with minimal intervention on the installation.

To ensure consistent field results, the unit includes an installation assistant that graphically displays signal quality and helps confirm correct spacing and positioning of the transducers. Once the fluid and the pipe are configured, the instrument presents process variables and facilitates operational decision-making with configurable alarms.
