Ultrasonic flowmeter for pipes DN50-6000 with M-L sensors designed to measure flow velocity, flow rate and volume without interrupting the process or cutting the line. This device allows instrumenting existing installations with a portable solution oriented to diagnostics, verification and maintenance.

The pipe flowmeter includes a graphical installation assistant that helps correctly position the probes and verify signal quality, reducing mounting errors. It also logs data to internal 32 GB memory (up to 10 million values) and supports download and analysis via USB-C interface, with optional software for reports and CSV export.

Non-intrusive, traceable measurement with the DN50-6000 Ultrasonic Flowmeter

When it is necessary to check consumption, balance circuits or validate the performance of a hydraulic system, cutting the pipe or stopping the installation is often not an option. This instrument is aimed at fieldwork and maintenance where the priority is to obtain a reliable, repeatable and documentable measurement directly on the pipe, with guided installation support to minimize uncertainty from mounting.

The DN50-6000 flowmeter works with external sensors and a help menu that graphically displays signal quality and the correct spacing/positioning of the probes. Once the fluid and pipe parameters are configured, the unit displays process variables on screen and allows configuring alarms for operational control during verifications and tests.

Applications of the ultrasonic flowmeter in maintenance, verification and diagnostics
