Anti-Static Dissipative Bags with 50% recycled PE

Manufactured from recycled materials, they reduce their environmental impact, making them a responsible choice for businesses. They prevent the build-up of significant static charges that could cause a sudden and damaging ESD event. They also comply with international standards and are available in customisable sizes to fit a wide variety of products.

Dissipative antistatic bags are pink in color and are usually used in EPA (Electrostatic Protection Area) zones, common areas in the automotive sector with a Relative Humidity of 50% and a temperature of 23ºC (73ºF). This type of product dissipates electrostatic charges, minimizing the risk of rapid discharge, and differs in that the recycled PE content of the bag is 50%.

The purpose of this type of dissipative ESD bags is to protect products from the creation of electrostatic charges.

This type is different as the recycled PE content of the bag is 50%.

Within the category of Dissipative bags, we could separate them into 3 types:

  • Standard: These are the most economical, with a limited lifespan in their properties of protection against electrostatic charges thanks to their surface additive. This is the standard type within the EPA zone. The most common thicknesses are 50-60 microns.
  • Permanent: A better product than the previous one as it does not lose its protective properties against electrostatic charges.
  • With recycled material: The PE with which it is manufactured comes from a percentage of recycled material.
