Antistatic Dissipative Pink Film Tubing for ESD Products

The antistatic dissipative pink film tubes are ideal for the creation of customised packaging in controlled environments, allowing them to be cut and sealed to customer requirements. They offer excellent chemical and mechanical resistance, making them suitable for industrial environments demanding high protection. Their dissipative surface ensures consistent performance even in harsh conditions.

Dissipative antistatic products are normally pink in color and are usually used in EPA (Electrostatic Protection Area) zones, common areas in the automotive sector with a Relative Humidity of 50% and a temperature of 23ºC. This type of product dissipates electrostatic charges, minimizing the risk of rapid discharge. The objective of this type of dissipative ESD products is to protect products from the creation of electrostatic charges.

We can divide dissipative bags into three formats:

  • Standard: These are the most economical, with a limited lifespan in their properties of protection against electrostatic charges thanks to their surface additive. This is the standard type within the EPA zone. The most common thicknesses are 50-60 microns.
  • Permanent: Better than the previous one as it does not lose its protective properties against electrostatic charges.
  • With recycled material: The PE with which it is manufactured comes from a percentage of recycled material
