The dissipative bubble film is flexible and can be cut to custom sizes, adapting to the packaging needs of any industry. Its bubble design provides excellent cushioning to protect against vibration and shock. It is an efficient solution for industrial environments and ESD (EPA) protected areas, offering safety for both the products and the operators handling them.

Dissipative antistatic products are normally pink in color and are usually used in EPA (Electrostatic Protection Area) zones, common areas in the automotive sector with a Relative Humidity of 50% and a temperature of 23ºC. This type of product dissipates electrostatic charges, minimizing the risk of rapid discharge. The objective of this type of dissipative ESD products is to protect products from the creation of electrostatic charges.

Within the category of Dissipative bags, we could separate them into 3 types:

  • Standard: These are the most economical, with a limited lifespan in their properties of protection against electrostatic charges thanks to their surface additive. This is the standard type within the EPA zone. The most common thicknesses are 50-60 microns.
  • Permanent: A better product than the previous one as it does not lose its protective properties against electrostatic charges.
  • With recycled material: The PE with which it is manufactured comes from a percentage of recycled material.
